2. Ticket can only be used for Adults (height 122 cm and above).
3. This promotion can be purchased via Website from 1 May - 31 Jul 2024 and The ticket can be used at Vana Nava Water Jungle from 1 May - 31 Aug 2024.
4. Online booking must be made before arrival.
5. Once purchased and the date is selected, the date of use may be changed with a notice of at least 7 days prior to the selected date appearing in the purchase confirmation email. Otherwise the date of use cannot be changed. (within 31 Aug 2024)
6. VR Slide wristbands cannot be exchanged or used by others. Vana Nava staff has rights of rejection the damaged or broken VR wristband in all cases.
7. VR Slide wristband cannot be exchanged for cash or transfer the rights to others or cancel or refund any amount in any case.
8. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
9. This promotion cannot be canceled, change or refund under any circumstances.
